Gargrave Nursery
From September 2025, Gargrave Nursery will be open the same as school hours – 8.45am – 3.15pm each day during term time. Funded hours can be used for sessions within these times, up to a maximum of 6.5 hours per day.
Fees are payable for all non-funded children or for children who exceed their free-funding allowance.
You will be invoiced at the end of each month for payable hours.

Extra Charges
Trips
A charge will be made for trips that involve transport or entrance fees.
School lunches
Should you want your child to have a school meal, these are charged at £3.10 per meal and will be invoiced together with payable hours at the end of each month. You may provide your child with a packed lunch if this is preferable.
Triangle Club
Extended care is provided through our Triangle Club. This is open from 7.30am – 6.00pm each day. Please see our page “Triangle Club” for more information. The following charges apply:-

3yr old Funding
All children are entitled to 15 hours per week funding from the term after their 3rd birthday. Parents do not need to apply for this.

In order for Gargrave Nursery to remain financially viable it is necessary to charge for all booked sessions, including any missed through illness or holiday (where the required notice period has not been given).
